Kraft Foods was going through a merger and wanted a rebranded Intranet that would improve internal communications

Kraft needed a redesigned portal to communicate with their employees and re-establish a corporate culture that executives felt was being lost.

An end-to-end process was delivered, from UXR using heuristic analysis, surveys, and competitive analysis, through to creating a design brief, personas, IA, and finalized designs. A style guide was created to allow Kraft to maintain the Intranet once I had left, alongside installing a CMS and training designated users.
