Kraft Foods was undergoing a merger and needed a rebranded Intranet to enhance internal communications.

challenge.

Kraft required a revamped portal to connect with their employees and rebuild a corporate culture that executives believed was fading.

solution.

I delivered an end-to-end process, starting with UXR using heuristic analysis, surveys, and competitive analysis, and culminating in creating a design brief, personas, IA, and finalized designs. A style guide was developed to enable Kraft to update the site after my departure, along with installing a CMS and training designated users.

result.

Upon launch, intranet usage increased by 250%, while bulk internal emails decreased by 90%.
